Please read this page to check that you qualify, then print out and fill out our warranty claim form and post to us along with your product (postal address at the end of this page). Once we have received your package expect up to 5 business days of processing time for your warranty claim.

 

 

Warranty:

 

We offer a 1 year warranty, from original purchase date, on any manufacturers defect that may occur in the workmanship or materials of your product.  We thoroughly inspect, quality control and hand-finish all of our frames.

This warranty covers all parts of your product, excluding lenses, and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not cover items that are lost, stolen, dropped, frames that have been bent (causing cracking), temples that have been bent or broken, sat on, water damage, or damaged in any other way incurred by excess force from the user.

We reserve the right to decide at our discretion what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. If a frame sent is irreparable and no longer under warranty, we will suggest that you use our recycling program.

Our 1 year warranty covers prescription frames, but does NOT cover prescription lenses. Please do not return any frames with prescription lenses inserted; these will need to be kept and reinstalled by a qualified optician (we can arrange this through our glazing house should you wish to use this service)

Bird Sunglasses is not liable for any other damages, such as incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product.
