Returns & Refunds

1. Return due to manufacturing defect.

 

You can return any factory-defective product to us for exchange or refund. You will have the period of one month from purchase to notify Bird Sunglasses. You must contact us within the given period of one month in order to formally return the product.

Please send an email to hello@birdsunglasses.com indicating the product(s) being returned, attaching a photograph and details of the defects. Once we have received your communication we will reply within 3 to 5 days.

Please return the defective product to our office at: 101 Chancellors Way, Exeter, EX4 9DX, United Kingdom.

The costs of returning the order (e.g. courier/shipping company costs) must be covered by the sender in this case.

Each product being returned must be without use and returned with tags, labels, packaging. We reserve the right to reject the return if the user fails to follow this.  Once the product has been received and the defects confirmed, we will either look to replace the product for another of identical features, issue a refund or offer an upgrade.

When a refund is due, if you paid by credit/debit card, we shall refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days. If you paid by PayPal, we shall refund the amount paid within a period of 24 workdays.

1.2 Satisfaction guarantee.

 

If you are not satisfied with the products received, you have fourteen (14) calendar days under consumer law, to return the order in its original state, entirely without any penalties, and without the need to present justification.

However, the you must take charge of the direct cost of returning the products ordered in their entirety, or in part, to Bird Sunglasses.

1.3 Shipping

 

Bird Sunglasses is not liable for the shipping company you hire to return the order. In this regard, we recommend that you require the courier or shipping company to provide proof of delivery once the product is delivered at Bird Sunglasses’ offices, allowing for you to receive evidence that the product was properly delivered to us.
