Returns and Exchange

Note: Items purchased from a retail shops must be returned to their place of purchase.

 

Please read this carefully to make sure your items qualify for a return or exchange. If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect please refer to the warranty claim.

If you are not satisfied with your Bird Sunglasses online purchase you may return the goods within 30 days of the original purchase date to recieve either a full refund (minus postage), or an exchange for a model of the same value.

  • Make sure to include the return document attached on this page.
  • The product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
  • Once received and processed, we will credit your original payment method, less the shipping costs.

*Please note:

  • Items purchased at a discounted sale price are not eligible for a refund. Sale items returned that are ineligible for a refund, will instead be given an online store credit in the form of a discount code to use on the website.
  • Items bought with a discount code still qualify for a refund.
  • Returns are only valid if the sale was made through our website: www.birdsunglasses.com, within 30 days of purchase, and are still in their original unused condition.
  • Products not returned in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 15% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
  • We are not responsible for any products returned that do not qualify for a return, these will be returned back to the sender.

Refund Process

Print out and complete the return form and send it to us along with your product. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages in the mail and recommend you use a tracked postal service.

Once we’ve received your package, you can expect up to 7 business days to process your return.
